Agreement and operator
SelfTune is operated by PragSys Collaborative LLC ("PragSys", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using a hosted SelfTune service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use SelfTune for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Questions may be sent to hello@selftune.dev.
Open-source software
SelfTune includes open-source software distributed under the licenses included with that software, including the MIT-licensed CLI and local applications. Those licenses govern your use of the corresponding code and binaries. These Terms separately govern accounts, subscriptions, hosted features, support, and other services operated by PragSys.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people you invite have appropriate authority and roles.
Your content
You retain ownership of skills, Skill Sets, evidence, and other content you submit. You grant PragSys a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service and carry out actions you request.
You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, synchronize, publish, or share content. You are responsible for package licenses, notices, personal information, secrets, and recipient permissions. Importing or sharing content does not transfer ownership.
Acceptable use
You may not use SelfTune to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or distribute unlawful material;
- upload credentials, malware, or content intended to compromise another system;
- access accounts, data, or services without authorization;
- evade service limits, interfere with operation, or impose unreasonable load;
- misrepresent provenance, evaluation evidence, identity, or permission to share; or
- resell or provide the hosted service in violation of an applicable plan or agreement.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, prices, billing periods, included usage, and taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe and may appear under the PragSys billing entity.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn and should not be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without independent review.
Third-party services
Features may interoperate with services such as GitHub, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Convex. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by its terms. PragSys is not responsible for third-party services, content, or changes outside our control.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using SelfTune at any time. We may suspend or terminate hosted access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address non-payment, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, hosted services are provided "as is" and "as available." PragSys disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SelfTune provides management and evaluation tools; it does not guarantee that a skill is correct, safe, compliant, or suitable for your use case.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PragSys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. PragSys's aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated by an appropriate website, service, or account notice and will apply prospectively. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at hello@selftune.dev so we can try to resolve the issue. Mandatory rights and laws in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
